1. General
Welcome to Blingz by Omoh. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products
We offer luxury and custom jewelry including necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and waist chains. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, each item is handmade and unique.
- Colors, patterns, and slight variations may occur.
- Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- All payments must be made in full before production or delivery.
- We accept payments via transfer to 0125786225 – Wema Bank (Blingz by Omoh).
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
4. Processing & Delivery
- Custom orders typically require 2-3 weeks for processing.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Deliveries are available within Lagos and Abeokuta and may be handled by third-party logistics.
- Blingz by Omoh is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
5. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds or returns on items except under the following conditions:
Refunds/Returns Are Only Accepted If:
- You received a wrong item or the wrong size (compared to what was ordered).
- The item arrived damaged or defective (evidence must be provided within 24 hours of delivery).
If your case meets the above conditions:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Send proof (pictures/videos) to blingzbyomoh@gmail.com or via DM on Instagram/TikTok.
- If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
Note:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered by customer, or perceived expectations outside of the product description.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping (if required) unless the error is ours.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and designs on this site and our social media pages are the property of Blingz by Omoh. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (name, email, address, etc.) is kept confidential and used only to process your orders and communicate with you. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
